Hello Astralites,

This little segment is all about Astral Projection. What it means and how one goes about this seemingly impossible task. However hopefully this will enlighten those looking for information about such a topic. Right now this information is becoming more and more accepted Without further adieu lets begin.

Astral Projection can be described in infinite ways but for purposes of time I shall only list one. Astral Projection is when the energy or soul or consciousness departs from the physical body to the Astral Plane. This happens every night while people are resting and getting ready for the day ahead. There consciousness leaves their body and goes into the Astral Plane. People who awaken and remember dreams are remembering an Astral Traveling experience. Astral Projection is real and i hope to teach others how to succeed.
