Hello Astralites,
Today I will be telling you how to practice Astral Projection Methods. We will start with an exercise that will demonstrate how powerful this can be. First I will need you to find a quite spot away from all distractions. Tell everybody not to disturb for at least 30 minutes.
- Lay down in a comfortable position close your eyes and try to quite your mind. Most people have trouble doing this however I have a little trick that may help you. Hold your breath. Crazy as it sounds it actually works to help quite your mind and until you get used to clearing your mind this is an invaluable tool.
- Once you are relaxed and your mind is cleared of all distractions. You will start to feel your body resonating with energy. At first this will be a bit of an odd sensation but you’ll grow to like it in time.
- Once you have felt the energy resonating in your body for about 10 to 15 minutes. You will start feeling heavy as if a lead blanket was being placed on top of you. This is perfectly normal at this point do not worry or “freak out” just let this happen. What is going on is your body is going into sleep paralysis. This is perfectly normal and a crucial step to projecting
At this point your going to start feeling a little strange but once your past step 3 your incredibly close to having your first Astral Projection experience.
